Integral Marketing Services was created in 2007 by Phillip Norcross.

Phillip has over 30 years experience and in all that time has never stopped challenging himself or the norm. He is an expert in emerging print and digital technologies and understands industry trends and innovations. He is passionate about empowering his clients and prides himself on this through good communication.

Lesley Webb is highly skilled, known for her organisational skills, attention to detail and commitment to her work. Her experience lies in the print and advertising industries both in design, production and account management roles. She works well independently or in a team, and is a get-it-done sort of person who can contribute on all levels.

Nadine is one of our resident designers, with over 10 years experience. She has a keen eye for the latest design innovations and likes to mix up her own design work to keep it contemporary and refreshing.

Jenna Smith is the newest member of the Integral team. She has always had a passion for advertising and jumps at any chance she gets to let off some creative steam. Jenna graduated from AUT in 2014 with a Bachelor of Communications, majoring in digital media.

Helen Bennett is in charge of the accounts at Integral. You'll often come into contact with her when it comes time for invoicing. She knows all things account related and likes to keep on top of the numbers. Helen declined the opportunity to comment on how many years experience she has  in the accounting industry.
